AzO clearly hits the WW mark. But he has his P flag up and he lets the pen retain. Rule 2?? System Info:Frodo was given a pen at t=243 (RE:Tack). Frodo raised the P flag at=248. pen: protestee spin: none

I will take RAF if the rules engine did not worked right in this case. I know there is some problems in the rules engine. Pileup in this kind of race don't allow use very near zooming so it is difficult to see where you are sailing exactly. If I don't get penalty, I will keep sailing.
