JFleet tacks onto STBD and obtains RoW at t=103.4 seconds.
At this time, DoA is unable to remain clear by ducking, so he promptly hails for RTT (barely even has time to do this)
JFleet collides after breaking Rule 15 and DoA hails \"protest\"
After some tongue-in-cheek remarks, JFleet chooses to spin without T and then even retires from the race (still no T). I fail to understand what purpose this serves other than to irritate somebody in an UNSPORTSMANLIKE fashion (especially considering his attitude over the matter for the remainder of the race and the following race(s)... Again, thank you for forcing me to sail in fleet 2 by this action.
Thanks,
~DoA~
System Info:DoA was given a pen at t=104 (RE:Rule 10 - Port-Starboard). DoA raised the P flag at=106. Jfleet span at t=122.
pen: protester spin: none

Hey DOA,
As I told you at the time of the incident, I thought I was in the right. I did not realize that you had no room to duck and the you had no time to hail to puma. Upon reviewing it, I realize that I was clearly In the wrong. at the time, I felt that i was right but spun to exonerate just to be safe. I don't see the point in T'ing the foul If I dont think that I am wrong. I would argue that this is NOT unsportsmanlike conduct. Actually, you are wrong about my attitude after this race. You were nagging me at every chance about how rude I was, but I simply stated that I had thought I was in the right and that you were welcome to file. I apologize for putting you in fleet 2, but thats just the way it is sometimes. Plus, you go in and win a race in fleet 2 and you are right back in fleet 1
P.S. I apologize for now responding sooner. I have been traveling and sailing at an event this weekend and have not had internet
