We were both coming in to round the spreader mark, myself after doing turns above the windward mark, TABOOX had room.

TABOOX then broke rule 14 (avoiding contact) as TABOOX tries to make deliberate contact.
Rule 15 (acquiring right of way) TABOOX acquires right of way but then gives me no room to keep clear.
Rule 16 (changing course) TABOOX changed course and gave me no room to keep clear.
Rule 17 (proper course) She sails above her proper course.
Rule 2 (fair sailing) this was not \'fair sailing\'.
Rule 22 (interfering) .2 TABOOX changed course with only the purpose of giving me a penalty.
All of this is bad sportsmanship.
