Johnson tacks onto starboard and interferes with Poesje on another leg. Johnson was already overstanding on port so could not claim this tack was his PC.
Johnson had some imagined greivance from earlier in the race which may have affected his tactics.
For the record i did not cry (see chat).
System Info:Poesje was given a pen at t=124 (RE:Rule 10 - Port-Starboard). Poesje raised the P flag at=130. Poesje span at t=140.

Protest re-opened for a correct ruling.
johnson interferes with Poesje who is on a different leg of the race. When johnson tacked onto starboard and interferes with Poesje, johnson was not sailing his PC which would have been to remain on port, heading for the windward mark. So when contact occurred johnson was not on his PC so is in breach of R23.2.
johnson breaks rule 2 by hunting poesje and going out of his way to secure a contact.
johnson breaks R23.2 and R2 gets a DSQ and -300 points and a recommendation of 2 weeks Black Flag Guest Rights.
Aloha!

He also hails "Starboard", when on port.
Probably not the sharpest knife in the draw.
