Durand tacks too close then sails low. I assume he is giving me room to clear by sailing low but he hits me instead. There was no way for me to avoid by tacking or sailing straigt on with his strange and unpredictable sailing.
System Info:tinkersailor was given a pen at t=71 (RE:Rule 10 - Port-Starboard). tinkersailor raised the P flag at=74.

how can i see a replay ?
With cata, it's difficult to know if the port boat will tack or not
When you know he will NOT tack, it's too late !!

DURAND, the replay does not follow the correct boat.
Click "hide/shoe the racelet" then zoom out using 'X' and right click on either you or tinker. Then you can watch the incident (Restart if necessary)

Durand makes a standard tack, no extra keys after the ENTER.
Durand finishises his tack acquiring RoW and the collision is produced more than one second before that.
During that time period tinker is keep-clear boat but he makes NO move to try to avoid.
