chorrisplot gains RoW at t=23.8s and DoA begins avoiding at t=24.2s well within reasonable response time collision occurs, chorrisplot takes penalty, but does not complete a tack and gybe in succession for exonneration Thanks, ~DoA~

More or less inapplicable because it was not protested, albeit chorrisplot also breaks Rule 11 (quite blatantly with his own teammate) at mark 4 and never spins.

well, this is true. Sometimes I wanna gybe my boat and it does not respond, I do not know why. So I request a RAF, if possible. IMO this is a bug that should be resolved, noone gains nothing with this maneuver.
